Job Description

Naval Reactors Facility is seeking an entry level Radiological Engineer to join the Radiological Controls Department team of Engineers and Technicians. This individual will be responsible for oversight and approval of radiological work, writing and reviewing technical reports and procedures, data analysis and trending, validating engineering design of equipment for performing radiological work and radiological systems, and oversight of the conduct of radiological work.

Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field.

Preferred Skills

Degree in Health Physics and Nuclear Engineering.

Pay Range

$62,000.00 - $94,900.00 annually

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
