Expertise in Okta Products and Technologies: The candidate should be an Okta guru, with in-depth knowledge of Okta's access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and API Access Management.Deployment and Management: They'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Okta solutions throughout their lifecycle. This includes integrating Okta with on-premise directories and cloud applications.Security Configuration: They'll configure Okta to provide secure access to internal and external applications. This involves setting up SSO, MFA, customizing login pages, and implementing security policies.Integration and Support: They'll analyze, design, develop, and support Okta integrations for various business needs. This includes assisting application teams with integrating their applications with Okta.Knowledge of Standards and Protocols: The candidate should have a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and various authentication standards like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.Communication and Collaboration: They must be excellent communicators who can work effectively with IT teams, business users, and customers.
