📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy code following Agile principles.Work on customizations for evolving business needs and drive architectural and infrastructure improvements.Collaborate with global teams and adapt rapidly to changing requirements.Demonstrate sound judgment to understand complex business use cases and design appropriate solutions.Develop underlying implementations and leverage team strengths for application success.Utilize financial domain knowledge, understanding of AML, and Customer Risk ranking quantitative methodologies where applicable.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.Maintain and enhance existing applications as needed.Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Requirements:Strong proficiency in Java development.Experience with Spring Boot, REST, Angular JS, Kafka, MQ, and DB2.Familiarity with open-source Java technologies.Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with global teams.Passion for technology and proactive approach to learning and development.Previous experience in the financial domain is advantageous.
