POSITION SUMMARY
The prospective candidate will be the Operations member of designated Product Realization Teams (PRTs) and will be Single Point of Contact for all Global Operations organizations for assigned Assisted and Self-Service programs.
The candidate’s primarily responsibility will be the global project management required for new product introduction programs. The candidate will also have lifecycle management responsibility which includes managing of all product-related operational activities required to maintain products after launch.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Development, review, management, and attainment of Operations Project PlansBusiness case analytics support for all assigned projectsCapital Appropriation Request (CAR) development for assigned projectsLead Operations NPI/Lifecycle management for all assigned programsDevelop manufacturing ramp plans with the PRT and NCR manufacturing networkRisk assessment, action plans, and communication on all projectsFinancial analysis & Total Cost of Ownership for total business solutionOperational guidance during concept phase of product developmentSchedule adherence, DFx requirements, and develop plans to address gapsDrive continuous improvement and lean methodologies into NPI processes Manage Engineering Change Control (ECC) impacts to operations schedulesDrive adherence to Global Operations Strategic initiativesProduct sourcing accountability through analytics and supply chain collaborationManage and support cost reduction activities and respective implementation requirementsSystem set up/data maintenance/analytics of various NCR global process systemsEnsure Metric definition/measurement of operational metrics on all assigned projectsQuality management support and issue resolution for assigned projectsCommunicate effectively with all global team members and senior management
