Supervisor - 2nd shift

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Warehouse Ops Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the assigned shift and area. The Site Supervisor is responsible for meeting customer requirements in accordance with applicable policies and in the most economical and safe manner to the operation.

Main Responsibilities

Education, Experience & Skills

Technical Degree, Associates or Bachelor's preferred.

Experience

3+ years of experience in a leadership role.Thorough understanding of warehousing and logisticsERP and WMS experience preferredExpertise in developing and initiating continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Demonstrated proficiency in Planning and Organizational skillsDemonstrated personal presentation, oral & written skillsProven ability with MS OfficeAbility to manage others, resolve interpersonal conflicts, investigate issuesDemonstrated ability to identify and solve complex customer and company problemsAbility to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
