Responsible for day-to-day operations, prioritizing maintenance work orders (corrective and preventative maintenance). Must possess a strong electrical and mechanical background. General knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic. Familiar with facility-related equipment/HVAC, chiller and oxidizer. Vendor relations a plus. Candidate should have toolbox and ample tools to get started. Some tools supplied by the employer.
Experience5 years minimum of experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
