📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description:Monday through Friday - Standard Daytime Hours.Bachelor's degree in science related field, chemistry preferred.Previous Lab Experience is preferred.No medical clearances required.No respirator used.Will work primarily with water-based chemicals.Work with Research Scientists to test polymers for the construction market.Complete laboratory projects to support Polymer Research & Development for construction applications.Perform maintenance and calibration activities required to maintain ISO compliance.Adhere to a high standard of safety.Serve within a laboratory team in such activities as equipment repairs, including interfacing with manufacturers, contractors, and site facilities.Assist other technicians in the completion of development projects as necessary.Generate ideas that improve the safety, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the laboratory and its team.
