Global Operations Project Manager

This role will serve as a Global Operations Project Manager in pursuit of systemic improvement to our Supply Chain Network through deployment of ERP capabilities. Specific projects have been identified but require project management oversight to execute on time and on budget.

Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and requirements in support of Supply Chain Network Optimization efforts in Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the projects supporting the program.• Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.• Perform non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective from initiation through delivery.• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.• This role has project management responsibility and no direct reports. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete projects.

Scope Management:• Clear understanding of the objectives, guiding principles, scope and phases of the program, each deliverable and the required inputs, approval process, quality level and sign-off• Familiarization with the Statements of Work (SoWs) to fully understand the deliverables, strategy and approach and alignment with the RACIs in the SoWs

Planning and Resourcing:• Collaborate with appropriate workstream colleagues (Functional Pillar Leads, Process Leads, any upstream or downstream application owners, external 3rd party partners and vendors, IT and PwC) to create, and validate the detailed project plan(s). Ensure that timings are achievable and that the plan is appropriately resourced to drive successful delivery.• Create and maintain team roster

Execution:• Monitor and report progress to agreed plan; risk management and mitigation, action management; issue resolution and decision documentation and communication• Collaborate across pillars to ensure that the future-state end-to-end processes meet the stated requirements and align with transformation objectives• Schedule and facilitate workstream/area meetings, workshops and daily stand-ups• Change Impact Analysis inputs to support Change Management & Communication deliverables• Ensure team training needs are addressed• Collaborate with Testing Manager to ensure appropriate test plan, test script creation, test scenarios, data sets and expected results in order that processes are successfully defined, tested and signed off

Education:• BS/BA and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of applicable education/training/certifications and relevant industry experience required.• PMI certification as a PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PgMP, and/or Certified Scrum Professional or Scrum Master highly preferred This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $65-74/Hr
