Entry Level Cloud System Engineer - 2nd Shift

Responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and managing IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

Update, Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot multi-site Linux/UNIX and Windows based Netsmart application environments for both turn-key and cloud clientsWork directly with clients to resolve issues, schedule updates, and provide guidance on system level best practicesSupport enterprise database systems; MS-SQL, Intersystems’ Caché, and Oracle includedComplete basic Windows or Linux administration tasks, including patching, configuration of server roles and features, and installation of software packageWork within the HIPAA and ISO 27000 series security and privacy governess models in implementing and securing client environments

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, education, and training

Preferred

Experience working with SQL Server enterprise database systems, performing installation setup, basic configuration and troubleshooting.Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other Cloud based servicesExperience implementing and troubleshooting server systems in WAN/LAN environmentsWorking knowledge of IT standards, concepts, best practices, and proceduresAbility to prioritize attention and workload to focus on client priorities within a time sensitive environmentStrong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skillsThis position is not available for visa sponsorship.**
