The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365/Intune/Purview Security & Compliance Principal consultant to Join Neudesic’s Cloud Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate has senior level knowledge and experience in designing, migrating, and implementing complex Modern Work solutions including Entra ID. The position is customer facing and will work closely with Product Owners, Applications Owners, Network and Security team to deliver the best solution for large scale infrastructure design and application migrations. Candidates should possess solid knowledge in public and hybrid cloud models. The engineer needs to have the ability to provide insight into the workloads and their dependencies to map out the best strategy to set up, configure, and migrate workloads to M365. This will include determining the ideal groups of applications and defining a roadmap to move to the cloud.
Responsibilities:highly available, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on M365/ Intune/Purview Security & Compliance solutions and using industry best practices.and maintain security and compliance measures using Microsoft Purview Security & Compliance tools including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Data Lifecycle Management.up, configure, and maintain Entra ID solutions including MFA, SSO, SSPR, Conditional Access, B2Bconfigure, and manage Intune for endpoint management and security.and execute M365 migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption for on-prem to M365 and tenant to tenant migrations.with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement security solutions aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.technical expertise and support for M365/Intune/Purview Security & Compliance-related initiatives and projects.updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in the M365/Intune/Purview Security & Compliance ecosystem to drive continuous improvement.and lead client pre-sales engagements.
Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in M365/Intune/Purview Security & Compliance administration and configuration.Proficiency in M365 migration methodologies.Proficiency in Entra ID Identity and Access Management
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experienceMicrosoft SC-900 certification is requiredAdditional certifications such as Microsoft SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400 are highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.Ability to travel up to 25%

For Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000. The salary range may be different if the successful employee is in a different state. This position is also eligible for performance bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
