Premier Boston-based international firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Debt Finance group. Specific experience should include representation of private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents. The firm’s Associates have a fantastic track record of transitioning to in-house roles! This firm offers a hybrid work policy.
