📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
One of our Fortune 100 clients is looking for Manager - Direct-View LED / Digital Signage & AV for a Contract-to-Hire position.
Title: Manager - Direct-View LED / Digital Signage & AVLocation: RemoteDuration: Long-Term (Contract-to-Hire)Hourly: $50 per hour (W2)
Scope:Looking for a Manager/Project Manager with Indoor Direct-View LED experience. This is a must-have for this role, as the entire focus of the role is to manage successful installations for Indoor Direct-View LED wall projects.
Must Have:Minimum 6 years of experience in A/V industry, with recent experience managing digital signage deploymentsDirect-View LED experienceExperience with commercial audio systems and LED control roomsMinimum 3 years’ experience in managing large, complex deployment programs involving hardware, software and physical installation services
Preference:Special consideration given to candidates with digital signage industry experience managing national rollout programs for QSR, C-Store, Retail or Financial clients
Essential duties & responsibilitiesServe as day-to-day internal execution point of contact for project, logging all project information and disseminating as necessaryEngage Sales, NADO, RFP team, CARE and Solutions Architects on upcoming projects to collect all “pre-sales” project informationSchedule all internal project-related meetings, engaging all appropriate stakeholders as necessarySchedule any customer-facing meetings as neededEngage vendor teams for projects & schedule project laborEnsure deployed field teams have proper documentation & instructionsCreates and utilizes tools and processes necessary to manage deployment activities and schedules, as well as reporting on all coordinated activitiesSupport the cross-check of sales orders with project requirementsWork with Product Marketing & Supply Chain to ensure hardware shipments align with services timelinesVerify hardware shipments are deliveredWork with order management to secure POs for all servicesSupport the Display-Service Delivery-Solution Architecture department during RFP/Complex Quote activitiesWork with Project Accounting in resolving financial transactions including Purchase Orders, Changes Orders and InvoicingAttend trade shows and on-site visits at client/vendor/subcontractor facilities (25% travel)
