Job Description

The Support Coordinator will work as part of the team to ensure individuals with Intellectual Disabilities are provided with necessary services, support, and resources. Support Coordinator II-$35,372
Support Coordinator III-$37,140
Education/Experience Required
High school diploma with at least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual disabilities is required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, special education, or other Virginia DMAS approved related human services field is preferred. Experience providing professional supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
