River Rock Academy in Lancaster, PA is seeking a qualified Behavior Coach to provide youth in the program with guidance, support and structure through mentoring and role modeling. The person in this position will help maintain coverage of students in the classroom and Regroup and Reconnect Room.
Responsibilities
Maintain accountability of youthComplete all documentation within the student databaseMay provide physical education class to studentsRespond to all crisis interventionsMay provide transportation for students to and from school
Work Skills
Ability to respond to crisis interventions and use approved Safe Crisis Management techniques as required.
