Summary:Join a leading team at the top financial firm in the country. I am looking for a few new associates to join my team of Financial Advisors here in Newport Beach, CA. Within 1 to 2 years, successful candidates will be approached with a promotion to a Senior Investment Advisor or Executive Management position.
Training, Developing and Licensing Support fully provided by the firm for the right candidates. Our company is growing at a record pace and I need to grow my team to provide advice for clients that need proper financial guidance. Seeking people with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and business-owner mentality... self-motivated and disciplined people who show up to the office when needed or work remotely without being micromanaged.

Financial Services experience definitely helps but not necessary. Some of the most successful Advisors here transitioned from completely different fields like Teachers, Military, and Coaches. Former Mortgage Loan Officers do very well here also. If you have knowledge or a background in Taxes, this is definitely a position you would want to explore. Sales experience can be helpful as long as it is non-aggressive. Our aim is to maintain client relationships for life.
