2024 Internship, Summer - Coach Recruitment

The purpose of this internship is to support the operation of the New York Red Bulls, Youth Program, Recruitment Department. The spring into summer season is often the busiest and most exciting time of the year for our Recruitment Department. We use the summer season to improve our processes and innovate ideas which will drive our department forward. Summer is the season in which we employ over 170 youth coaching staff and implement new projects. During the internship, you’ll help in the planning and preparation of coach employment related projects, recruitment, and HR-related operations.

RECRUITMENT

Assist in recruitment strategy and events Assist in hiring and onboarding coaches

OPERATIONS

Working closely with HR department on all employee items Planning and preparation of Coach Recruitment Events, College Job Fair Visits, and Summer Orientation Preparation and distribution of Kit & Equipment for staff

WELFARE

Tracking of employee longevity and retention

This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).

You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
