Software Engineer Lead/ GPP SMEONSITE - 3 to 4 days a week (Pittsburgh, PA)
Roles & Responsibilities:• As a product SME on Global Pay Plus, consulting and guiding PNC on the various business transformation on the implementation of next generation payments process product.• Work directly with client or functional consultants to confirm technical/business requirements.• Facilitate the discussion and provide solution for the new features/bugs.• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of the GPP Configuration.• Provide technical Support during the release deployment night for both PME and PRT applications.
