Really strong product background 6+ years of experience as a product manager/product owner of Saas-based products 2-3 years of Android and iOS app product management experience Fintech background and experience managing strategy and enhancements for financial mobile applications Customer-oriented mindset, excelling as product champion internally and with customers An innate ability to interact with the market - talking to prospects, building relationships with customers, understanding current market needs and future trends, assessing competitors, researching, and analyzing market intelligence Familiarity with database management and deployment encouraged Strong understanding of Lean Product Management, Agile and SDLC methodologies and best practices Knowledge of technical and industry trends to drive innovation Highly analytical, data-driven mindset; holds self and others accountable with ROI-oriented KPIs Insightful and thoughtful questioning, offering new ideas and solutions Passion for solving customer problems, and creative thinking Experience launching software or services with development teams and a high degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development Discipline and comfort with ambiguity and complexity Excellent communication skills A learning mindset committed to continuous improvement
