Join a rapidly growing national firm, offering full-service accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients in the U.S. and worldwide. They serve a wide range of clients including private businesses and their owners, large enterprises, HNW individuals, trusts & estates, and foundations. They also have a significant presence in the investment vertical including public & private funds, investment advisors and fund service providers. We are seeking a Tax Manager to join their State and Local Tax team in Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities
Work with the State & Local Tax (SALT) group on matters related to multistate clients with nexus in multiple states and municipalities. Help clients with income and franchise tax compliance, tax provision calculations and legislative updates. Consulting opportunities, such as nexus studies, refund claims and audit support, sales tax consulting, buy and sell side diligence, credits and incentives, and unclaimed property.
Requirements
5+ years of recent public accounting experience or SALT focused experience.CPA designation
