Position Overview: As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect at, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge marketing solutions for our clients. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies, you will lead the development of scalable and efficient solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate client requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities:Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive solutions that meet business objectives.Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, functionality, and capabilities.Design and optimize data models, segmentation strategies, and personalized customer journeys to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and implementation guides.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related areas, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations to enhance the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Developer certifications are required.Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including AMPscript, SQL, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.Experience with Salesforce CRM integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
