Position Specific Description

Join NextEra’s Business Development Operations Analytics team, which is responsible for analyzing business development data and providing insights that inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and visualization, and will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Position Specific Duties And Responsibilities

Collect and analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track and report on business metrics. Build dashboards and reports using PowerBI and other relevant business analysis tools. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Position Specific Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building excel models and carrying out complex analyses Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. Experience in data visualization and dashboard development. PowerBI highly preferred.
