📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Looking to hire a Network Project Manager to perform decommissioning of port and shelf level DACs cards/frames.
Open to remote for an excellent candidate.

What will you be doing as a Network Project Engineer?Perform remote logical decommissioning of port and shelf level DACs cards/frames. Work with operations on performing the proper sequence of circuit pack removals to ensure. Use BOT scripts to exercise commands to block ports in inventory systems (TIRKS, TCOMs, BGW) Update spreadsheets showing progress and savings related to project. Log into the devices to perform logical work while site technicians follow instructions of the candidate on what activities to perform locally (card removal)
What do you bring to the table as a Network Project Engineer?Prior experience in a Transport Network Operations Center or Transport Tier 2 support Prior experience in logical building and or decommissioning DACs machines (port card and shelves)Experience working in Tellabs, and Alcatel-Lucent DACs technologies.Experience in TL1 Strong Microsoft Excel
