What would you bring to the table as Sr DOCSIS Engineer /PM
Total 10+ years of experienceExtensive 5G or DOCSIS experienceExperience and/or understanding / hands-on experience on hardware.Proficient in conveying project details and insights from laboratory/engineering teams to executive stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.Experience creating executive slide.Expert in making reports.Vendor management (contract evaluation, compliance, etc.)Demo presentations to upper management/stakeholders.
Tools:Microsoft SuiteSharePointJira - not required but would be plus.
What would you do as Sr DOCSIS Engineer /PM
Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.Develops project plan and drives project milestones.Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders including executive leadership.Ensures effective requirement definition and change management occurs throughout the course of the project.Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.Specialized knowledge of Jira, LucidChart, Microsoft 365.Requires demonstrated subject matter expertise in the specified area.
