📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Looking to hire a Wireless Engineer to work on-site in Englewood, CO with wireless network protocols and rack & stack experience to plan and implement enterprise networks and related hardware and software in a consumer router test lab.

What will you be doing as a Wireless Engineer?Lab infrastructure and maintenanceEquipment rack & stack, rack installation, and power configurationCable termination - patch panel wiringTroubleshooting a multitude of different connection issues with RF meter/MultimeterManage and execute JIRA ticket queue.Router disassembly & assembly with occasional soldering of cables/headers to circuit boardsTeam Collaboration & LeadershipCollaborate with multiple teams and members to complete projects.Provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.Designs and documents network architecture.Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps.Provides recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.Configuration of wireless devices and test systems.Cisco switch installation & configuration.
What do you bring to the table as a Wireless Engineer?Associate degree in computer science, Engineering, or comparable experience in field5 years' experienceKnowledge of wireless networking protocols and security configurations.Data Center wiring experience with coax, ethernet, and fiberEquipment rack & stack, rack installation, and power configuration experienceCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalentIPv4, IPv6, TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, Unix/Linux/Windows command lineExcellent problem-solving skills
