Pay for Performance, 1099 compensation.

Your Role:We’re a growing organization and looking for Recruiters that are well-versed in client prospecting and outreach by phone.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be instrumental in locating candidates and filling high impact positions for our clients.Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.Prospect candidates and clients to build long-term relationships.Act as the liaison with key business decision makers.Pay for Performance, 1099 compensation – very aggressive commission structure with income opportunities throughout the client's lifecycle.There are no caps on earnings, and no draws.Receive the tools and comprehensive training to be successful.

Minimum Requirements:Current or former Talent Acquisition Specialist experience.2+ years working for a Staffing Agency. (Full Desk experience preferred)2+ years new business client prospecting or B2B salesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Positive and results-driven.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
