Responsibilities:Review, and analyze individual, trust, gift, partnership, and corporate tax returnsCommunicate directly with clients regarding tax returns and other tax related issuesResearch and advise on client tax questionsPlan for and identify tax saving opportunities for business clients and ownersDisplay skill, judgement, initiative, and attention to detail and independently handle multiple assignmentsManage and Mentor staff accountants and senior accountantsMange and facilitate IRS and state tax auditsSuggest innovative solutions for process improvement using best practices

RequirementsBS or BA in Accounting requiredCurrently active CPA license required6 to 10 years of prior experience in preparing business and individual returns in a public accounting firmStrong skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel knowledgeQuickBooks experience in desktop and online versions preferredProficiency in tax preparation software; Prosystem FX Tax experience preferred
