Summary:The Senior Enterprise Analyst shall administer HR, Finance, and benefits business applications. They shall conduct to analyze complex software requirements to design and develop high quality components for N-tier systems. They are also responsible for ensuring the users meets and exceeds performance expectations, defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities: Provides application design and programming support for the maintenance and enhancement of existing application systems, making recommendations and providing user training as appropriate to improve the systems.Provide implementation guidance based on best practices to the organization throughout the life cycle of IT perspective projects.Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions.Designing and updating software solutions to improve business systems.Maintains source code and managing various systems.Builds computer assisted software program tools to automate and assist departmental needs.Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.Ensures operation by training client personnel and providing support.Provides reference by writing documentation.Engage in meetings and interactions with key stakeholders and other IT managers/leaders to prepare for servicing new products and services.Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders.Create custom reports (SQL/plus, SQL Developer, Discoverer, OBIEE, Orbit Analytics, Crystal Reports).Ability to develop web applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, REST API, .NET Core, Java Script, JQuery, and CSS Design and Develop database objects in SQL Server and or OracleEducation, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of related work experience.In lieu of degree, at least 8 years of related work experienceKnowledge and Skills: Experience with Java GUI front-end development, .Net architecture, SQL, or equivalent database toolsExperience with OS-level scripting environmentSoftware design, documentation, testing, and maintenanceExcellent written, verbal and group presentation skills are required.General consulting skillsTeamworkIn-depth knowledge of the TCP / IP protocol suite; security architecture; securing and hardening Operating Systems; Networks; Databases; and ApplicationsKnowledge of the Incident Response life-cycle, working independently to investigate and effectively respond to cyber security incidentWorking EnvironmentOffice EnvironmentOther ConditionsN/A At NJ Transit you will enjoy a competitive salary and excellent benefit package:Comprehensive Family Health Insurance – Medical, Prescription, Dental, VisionFlexible Spending AccountLife InsurancePaid Leave401(a), 401(b), 401(k) Retirement Plans - up to 9% employee contributionTuition AssistanceCommuter BenefitsAt NJ TRANSIT we support and depend upon the diversity of our staff.
