Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Success Factor Consultant at NLB Services located in Secaucus, NJ. The Consultant will be responsible for tasks related to Recruitment, Onboarding, and LMS (Learning Management System). They will contribute to the implementation and configuration of Success Factors modules, provide consulting services, and analyze and enhance business processes.

Experience in SAP Success Factors and associated modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, LMS)Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problemsConsulting experience, with the ability to understand client requirements and provide strategic solutionsKnowledge of business processes and best practices in HRExperience in Master Data and IntegrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamRelevant certifications in SAP Success FactorsExperience in project management is a plus
