📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SuccessFactor Consultant located in Secaucus, NJ. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and providing consulting services for business processes, master data, and integration related to SAP SuccessFactors. The day-to-day tasks include working closely with clients to understand their requirements, identifying areas for improvement, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Mandatory Skills:- Certified candidates with hands-on experience and career in Recruiting & LMS, Onboarding 2.0 and 1.0 both) This role will be responsible for SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Learning modules This includes but is not limited to requirements gathering, recommendations, design, functional configuration, testing, and system administration for Onboarding, Recruiting, and Learning modules This role will support and manage ongoing enhancements and administration The role will also partner directly with IT, HR Sub departments and cross-functional stakeholders on ethics and compliance related training, soft skills, and additional learning programming The role will report to the Lead HRIS Analyst with a focus on enhancing the ¿s onboarding platform along with new and existing learning requirements. The work of this role is performed primarily in person as it relates to engagement with internal and external stakeholders
