Role and Responsibilities: As a Clinic Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated physical therapists and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and professional development. Patient Experience: Ensure an exceptional patient experience from the moment they enter the clinic to the completion of their treatment. Address patient concerns, maintain high-quality standards, and continually improve services. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, inventory management, and compliance with industry regulations. Implement efficient systems to optimize workflow and resource allocation.Business Development: Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote the clinic's services and build strong relationships within the community. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. Monitor patient outcomes and therapist performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications:Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably within a physical therapy setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Business acumen and a strategic mindset for growth.
