Data Analyst

Position: Data AnalystLocation: Huntsville, ALClearance: SecretPrimary Duties/ResponsibilitiesReview Role-based Access (RBAC) forms and work with trusted agents to ensure they have been filled out completely, have all required approvals, and are accurate.Process all RBAC forms received utilizing the IT Service Catalog form and update the RBAC spreadsheet for all new/updated requests.Monitor the Remedy work orders and tasks for completion and update the RBAC spreadsheet as permissions are granted by application administrators.Ensure the RBAC spreadsheet remains 100% accurate by assisting with audits and reconciling any inaccuracies found during the audit quarterly.Communicate with GM Customer Success Manager (CSM) regarding any questions, concerns, process improvements, etc. as they arise.Secondary Duties/ResponsibilitiesAssist/support with documentation including the SOPs, processes, etc. for completing RBAC forms, requesting access, permission requirements, and any other documentation that may be needed in support of RBAC.Support coordination and meetings regarding RBAC process, documentation, automated onboarding tool development, and task updates or changes. Meetings will also include appropriate scrums and customer coordination meetings.Assist/support GM CSM with GitLab data entry and updates for the Federated IT team.Position is 6 months but could go up to one year
