About The Team
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting robotic catheters according to MPI’s. This position requires attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow written instructions. The Manufacturing Technician must also possess a strong understanding of medical device regulations, quality standards, and meet daily output goals.
A Day In The Life Of Our Manufacturing Technician
Follow MPI’s to ensure accurate assembly of robotic catheters with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.Comfortable with common test equipment such as multimeters and or specialized test equipment.Able to use adhesive applicators and UV curing equipment while adhering to safety protocolsEnsure accurate recording of assembly and testing data while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the proper filing and maintenance of LHRs.Perform common catheter assembly processes such as assembling small parts, soldering of small wires, and guiding long wires under a microscope.Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with production supervisors and engineers as they arise.Maintain a clean and organized work area according to line clearance procedures.Ensure that all work complies with applicable regulations and quality standardsWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve production and yield goalsParticipate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge of new products, techniques, and regulationsWorking in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820Shift schedule: Monday - Thursday: 5:00am-3:30pm pm
About You
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.English language proficiency requiredKnowledge of working Microsoft office and other PC softwareTechnical Assembler requires at least 3 years of relevant experienceSenior Technical Assembler requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of most of the assembly equipment.Knowledge of GMP, Line clearance experience requiredAble to assemble small parts under a microscopeAble to perform simple troubleshooting and provide information to production manager and engineers to assist root cause analysis for nonconformance requiredExperience working a regulated clean room environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requiredLaser welding experience, through holder soldering, and surface mount soldering is a plus.

Pay Transparency
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
California Pay Range
$26—$32 USD
Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
