Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to analyze site requirements and provide detailed project information
- Lead project proposals and define project tasks, schedules, and resource needs
- Manage daily operations for civil engineering/site work design projects, ensuring efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and possess or be eligible to obtain a Michigan P.E. License
- Demonstrate 5 years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare, residential, commercial, or industrial land development projects
- Showcase 10 years of relevant civil engineering expertise in site development, including design, permitting, and budgeting
