Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project outcomes and professional growth.
- Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for complex water resources projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field, along with a PE license in Texas.
- Demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in modeling and drainage design or 8 years with an M.S.
- Showcase leadership proficiency in design engineering or project management roles.
