Looking for a Clinic Supervisor + Mental Health Therapist.This will be a Hybrid position.

Major Responsibilities:1) Supervise and manage our growing team of therapists - (1-2 hours a week)Currently we have a team of 5 therapistsManage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching,Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as neededLead team meetings every two weeks for team camaraderie and collaboration on client casesSupervise partially licensed therapists with weekly 1 on 1s and/or other required meetingsEnsure the clinic office is ready for client visitsCheck in kiosk working properlySupplies and coffee maker supplies stockedOffice clean and ready for clientsAssist with hiring of new staff members where needed
- Manage a full caseload of clients Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, and in collaboration with clients, determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities. Clients may include: children, adolescents, families, adults, and elders.Presents timely treatment plans to electronic medical records software.Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and/or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed.Works collaboratively with payers, referrers, primary care physicians, and community agencies in providing effective treatment to clientsCompletes all necessary documentation within required time parameters for each client. For example: assessments and treatment plans, insurance authorizations, problem-oriented progress notes, and treatment summaries
Requirements & Qualifications:Master's or Doctorate Degree in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institutionMust be licensed in Utah (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, Ph.D) and have completed all coursework for licensureBe familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership qualities with a diverse set of skillsExcellent organizational skills with an attention to detailKnowledge of state requirements that regulate the practice of mental health treatment and knowledge of Human Resource practices and proceduresMust be skilled in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceThe ability to learn and adapt to our EHR system is a must but we work with the most user friendly EHR system on the marketReporting

Highland Drive, SLC UT)Health Insurance Stipend$325 monthly for averaging 25 Clients per week$500 monthly for averaging 30+ Clients per week
$400 CEU credit annuallyClinic is fully credentialed with several major insurances and in process with many others. We take care of that process for you.We will create a Psychology Today and Mental Health Match profile, at no cost to you!This is a great opportunity that has a lot of potential for someone to manage multiple clinics under the Nora name!
Hours per week:This will begin part-time but will quickly lead to a full-time role.
Schedule:Flexible scheduling. You determine your schedule.Monday to FridaySome weekends (based on client needs)
Pay: Up to $120,000 per year
Job Types: This is a 1099 position.This is a hybrid role. Flexibility to work from home when needed
