Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain Inventory Integrity/RFID - HYBRID

The Senior Program Manager of Supply Chain Enterprise Inventory Integrity will partner with internal stakeholders to develop and design business solutions around improved inventory accuracy in our end-to-end Supply Chain network. This role with require detailed attention to current inventory strategy to help identify opportunities for improvement. The position will partner with key business leaders to conduct physical and logical inventory discrepancy root cause analysis and determine best practices within the operation to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This position will require the flexibility of working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Asset Protection, Product and Tech to help influence priorities that improve visibility, processes and controls that will reduce inventory touches and increase accuracy across the network.

A day in the life…

Perform discovery, research, industry benchmarking to ensure a best-in-class inventory accuracy program, including leveraging of RFID as a platform Participate in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to discuss opportunities to improve inventory integrity across the enterprise and align priorities and goalsTrack results through establishing core KPIs for accuracy, support creation of tools to monitor enterprise accuracy, and develop metrics for successConduct root cause analysis and present data and options with a clear point of view on recommended tactics to improve resultsContinually evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses and proactively address problems and risks, partnering on prioritization, and cross functional resourcing to deliver resultsManage and execute cross-functional initiatives and tracking for programs, features, and strategies related to inventory integrityIdentify, and drive strategic options and plans to prevent, eliminate and/or mitigate inventory inaccuracies and deliver intended results with varying solutionsDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in a timely manner and supporting a culture of accuracyOversee the application of operational processes and procedures, technology and tools, and telemetry to create lasting solutions for inventory inaccuracy from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risksSupport program-level governance and oversight through presentation of options for cross-functional decision alignment; socialize decisions and support maintaining accountability across functionsEstablish, drive and maintain a robust culture of accuracy across Nordstrom

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $103,500 - $175,000 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
