This position operates within the Shared Services environment (Information Services, Financial Services, and Human Resources), providing critical support to vertical missions including Send Network, Send Relief, Evangelism, and Chaplaincy. Interns will engage in various projects that enhance both their professional and spiritual development while contributing to NAMB's overarching mission.

Job Summary

The NAMB Internship Program offers an experience combining professional development with spiritual growth. Interns contribute to mission-critical projects and gain insights into the integration of secular work with spiritual calling. This opportunity allows you to gain valuable insights into how work, regardless of the corporate area can be seamlessly integrated with spiritual calling. The primary purpose of this position is to nurture and develop those who recognize and desire to leverage the significant impact of their work in advancing God's mission.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Kingdom IntegrationAttend and participate in orientation sessions to grasp NAMB’s comprehensive mission.Engage in departmental activities to support major initiatives (Send Network, Send Relief, etc.).Attend workshops and seminars to integrate faith with professional roles. Skills and Knowledge DevelopmentParticipate in professional development workshops on communication, project management, and other relevant skills.Acquire digital tools proficiency pertinent to department-specific needs.Receive training in cultural competency for effective engagement across diverse communities. Connections and ExperiencesCollaborate on interdepartmental projects to support various mission initiatives.Engage in community service and outreach programs.Build professional networks through participation in NAMB events.

Education And Experience

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Nonprofit Management, Theology, or related field.No prior professional experience required, but previous volunteer or project experience in a related field is beneficial.
