Summary of position
Responsible and accountable for resident health care records. Maintains resident data and management of the Medical Records department as defined by State Nurse Practice Act. As appropriate, complies with JCAHO standards.
Required Education And Experience
Formal education in Health Care related field (combination of job-specific work experience and classroom education)Minimum one-year experienceComputer proficiency with Microsoft products
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in health-related field helpfulExperience in a fast-paced environmentPost-acute care or health care experience preferred
