This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE COORDINATING ROADSHOWS*****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING HEAD OF IR AND/OR IR TEAM*****Experience coordinating logistics for Annual Investor Meeting, HUGE PLUS**Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the Head of Investor Relations, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and preparedCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while proactively addressing any changes or issues that may arisePrepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other investor-related materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailMaintain and update investor contact databases, ensuring information is current and accurateAssist in the coordination and preparation of investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activitiesAct as a primary point of contact for investors, managing incoming inquiries and requests, and providing timely and professional responsesAssist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, reports, and presentationsConduct research and gather information on market trends, investor profiles, and competitor analysis to support the investor relations functionCoordinate and manage the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring all necessary documentation and due diligence requirements are metCollaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination with investorsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive investor information with the utmost discretion and professionalismProvide general administrative support, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and file managementQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferredExperience running Investor Events/Annual meetings - Heavily preferred5-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the private equity industry or financial services sectorStrong knowledge of investor relations practices and proceduresExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applicationsExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracyDiscretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a professional demeanorProactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiativeStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBenefits:Hybrid Work ScheduleCompetitive compensationCommuter BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision401(k) with matchStrong leadership teamGrowth potentialFitness Reimbursement
