Valuations AssociateOur client, a leading Private Equity fund, is looking for a Valuations Associate to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuation modeling and a thorough knowledge of private equity/hedge fund investing.
You will...Create, maintain, and utilize monthly and quarterly valuation modelsPerform valuation analyses across the capital structure and prepare findings to the valuation committeeLiaise with the investment team and 3rd party independent valuation specialistsSupport year-end valuation auditOptimize efficiency and improve processes via ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:1-4+ yrs. in valuationsPrivate Equity experience, preferredBachelor's degree
