Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Principal / Sr Principal Systems Development Analyst - 12815. This position will be located in Roy, Utah; Huntsville, Alabama; Bellevue, Nebraska or Colorado Springs, Colorado and will support the Sentinel program.

What You'll Get To Do

Work with CPLM users and gather requirements, write use cases, champion feature development, and conduct user acceptance testing. Working with a variety of other systems such as Cameo, MES/ERP, and more program systems to write use cases, champion feature development and conduct user acceptance testing. Provide user support as need to program Level 1 support and individual users. Review proposed architecture and provide feedback to assist in IDE/PLM digital thread integrations. Apply design engineering experience to digital thread integration.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Job Qualifications

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Principal Systems Development Analyst: 05 Years with Bachelors degree; 03 Years with Masters; 00 Years with PhD or 04 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Sr. Principal Systems Development Analyst: 09 Years with Bachelors degree; 07 Years with Masters; 04 Years with PhD; or 04 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).Configuration management experience.Experience interacting directly with IT SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and senior stakeholders in both internal and customer leadership teams in a manner that builds confidence in the IT product team and strengthens stakeholder relationships.The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored, and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program stakeholder needs.The ability to identify and address program impacts through systematic and proactive approaches to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts.Competence and confidence working under pressure on requests with short turn-around times.

Active DoD Top Secret security clearance or above.Current Security + CertificationExcellent written communication and interpersonal skills.Experience as an End User for system engineering tools such as Atlassian, DOORs, Cameo, Teamwork cloud, and/or Azure DevOps.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWork well under pressure and adapt well to unplanned tasks.Ability and willingness to continuously learn and implement new processes.Dedicated to teamwork and be ability to work well in a team environment.Experience with Team Center Unified or Northrop Grumman CPLM.Experience with NX Modeling.Experience with Electrical CAD systems (Capital, Xpeedition).Experience with manufacturing execution systems (i.e. Smart MES).Experience with CAMEO.Experience with Middleware, such as Syndeia or eQube.

Salary Range: $92,600 - $153,600

Salary Range 2: $114,900 - $190,600

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
