Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for Sr. Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Global Supply Chain organization on the RQ-4 Program. This position will operate on- site based out of Rancho Bernardo, CA.

A Sr. Principal Project Manager should possess leadership and team building capabilities, excellent communication, and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to)

.Facilitation of meetings, actions and deliverables, which often include senior leadershipPerform Earned Value analysis for internal reporting and planning purposesCandidates must be able to make sound decisions, or ask for guidance in a timely manner, display strong interpersonal skills, and have an agile perspective.Integrates across all GSC Functional organizations and sites, ELT and Senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 10 years' of supply chain, business management, project/program management or related experience or Master's Degree and 8 years' experience of supply chain, business management, project/program management or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

CAM Certification and Working knowledge of EVMSFAR/DFAR experienceSAP

Salary Range: $109,900 - $164,900

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
