As part of the health care team, practices Pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession, and integrates patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities. Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises the same with respect to drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serves all patients to include, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
OR Float shift.Hours vary between 530 am and 730 pm.Works at Main OR and at Towne Lake Surgery Center.One Saturday per month required
Required
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Preferred
One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience. Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice. Good communication skills.
