What you'll be doing...Weβre searching for a highly capable SharePoint Administrator to deploy and manage all aspects of our SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive environment. As the primary SharePoint Administrator, you will be configuring, designing, maintaining and supporting our SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive platform for several hundred users across multiple geographic locations. This position will also act as the lead Power BI developer, implementing Power BI across the organization to visualize key business metrics and support data-driven decisions.
In this role you will: Support the migration of existing on-premise SharePoint sites to SharePoint OnlineDesign, build and maintain the SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive platformsProvide development and enhancement of applications within SharePointAnalyze, design, build & maintain PowerBI dashboards for all levels of the organizationAssist in data & metrics collection in support of reporting & enterprise transformation effortsIdentify opportunities for process efficiencies through automated workflows & dashboardsConfigure and maintain backup procedures and data retrieval to prevent data lossProvide outstanding customer service while responding to user calls, emails, and ticketsMaintain detailed documentation for SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDriveProvide end-user training and support
Who you are...Educated. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar preferredExperienced. 5+ years as a SharePoint & Teams administrator; data analytics & PowerBI a plusKnowledgeable. Deep knowledge of Windows OS, SQL Server, PowerShell, PowerBI & O365 Team Player. Able to work independently and as a productive and contributing team memberMeticulous.
