Northwestern Medical Center is in search of an experienced and skilled Orthopedic PA or NP to join our busy Northwestern Orthopedics practice. This opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical and surgical work, allowing the provider to balance time between the clinic and the operating room as a first assist.

Responsibilities:Work alongside a team of orthopedic surgeons and providers to deliver high-quality patient care in the clinic and operating room.Assist in surgical procedures, including first assist duties.Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose orthopedic conditions, and create appropriate treatment plans.Provide education and guidance to patients on their treatment options and post-operative care.Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.Stay current with advancements in orthopedic medicine and surgical techniques.Requirements:Active PA or NP license with eligibility to practice in the state.Experience in orthopedic medicine, including clinical and surgical settings.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving medical practices.A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.Benefits:Competitive total compensation package.Annual CME allowance.Educational loan assistance.
