Practice includes: Vitreo-retinal Surgeon, Oculoplastics Ophthalmologist, Cataract Surgeon/Glaucoma Specialist, Cornea Specialist, General Ophthalmologist and 2 OptometristsHospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Delnor HospitalEmployed full-time position with Northwestern MedicineSuccessful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success, and compassionate care within a physician driven teamEPIC electronic health record system wide
