Investment Operations Associate

Overall FunctionA team in our Raleigh-Durham offices are seeking a full-time Investment Operations Associate. This individual will work with our robust investment team from an operational lens with a focus on opening accounts and continuing to service investment clients. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Communicate (verbal and written) with clients to facilitate account opening, onboarding, and account maintenanceHandle incoming calls to answer client requests for current account information or direct calls to appropriate personnelProcess service requests including funds disbursements and account transfers for new and existing clientsParticipate and contribute to team meeting discussions.
