Job Description
This person will Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are met efficiently. Provide guidance and support to production team members, including training and development.
Monitor and maintain quality standards through inspections and process improvements. Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, logistics, and quality assurance to resolve issues and optimize processes. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for production operations. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team. Communicate effectively with management to report progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness. Communicate and have a proper handoff with the night shift lead so that work can continue to run smoothly.
