📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Lima, OHSalary: $85,000 - $90,000 (+5% potential bonus)Industry: Steel Fabrication
The Position: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to fill a position for a client of ours in Lima, Ohio. The main function of the position is to be responsible for keeping all fabrication equipment operational while maintaining facility standards. The successful candidate will report to the Plant/Operations Manager.
The Client: Our client is one of the leading highway steel product fabricators in the US, with fantastic opportunities for growth, involvement, and integration into their expanding business.
Responsibilities:Utilize the MP2 asset management system to create an equipment Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, issue work orders, and maintain documentation on equipment.Maintain and establish an MRO system for production and material handling equipment.Responsible for the overall facility, buildings, grounds, utilities, services, equipment, and all equipment related to the operation of the facility.Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
Requirements:10 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility with similar equipment.3-5 years of management experience with proven leadership skills.Solid understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.OSHA 30 Certified and other pertinent certifications related to maintenance.Must be able to lift 90 pounds.Must be able to work overtime, nights, or weekends when required to keep machines running.
