How You'll Perform The Role
Work with mold departments supervisors, mold maintenance and mold techs in order to identify problems in the processing of product.To continuously take a proactive PM position with the shops tooling.Review injection molding processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. To ensure injection molding process are optimized and documented. To maintain cavitation. Assist action teams and increase awareness of awareness of continuous improvement to the technical staff. To start up new tools, document and develop process sheets.
What We Need From You
High School diploma or equivalent, some technical school. Working knowledge of injection molding process.Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Work overtime as required. Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management. Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
